Blind-spots - A blog spot for Next Level Leaders

In his book, Practicing Greatness, Reggie McNeal states that "The single most important piece of information a leader possesses is self-awareness". Even if we are a little cautious when it comes to hyperbole, I believe most of us would agree that an anaware leader can be very hazardous to most teams and organizations. The problem with most unaware people is... well... that they are not aware! They don't know what they don't know. The problem with delusional people is that they (we) are always the last to know.
