    Steve is the Next Level Leadership Network National Coordinator.

    Steve began his career in the highway and bridge construction industry as Vice President of Kersh Construction, Inc. and after 18 years he joined the North American Mission Board in July of 2005 and currently serves as Next Level Leadership National Coordinator. His responsibilities include internal staff development as well as leadership development for NAMB partners. Next Level Leadership focuses on the belief that “Growing People, Grow People.”

    Steve graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Adult Education, with an emphasis on Instructional Psychology, Training and Technology. Steve is married to his wife Kathy and has three children, Andrew, Adam and Taylor.

    Cheryl is the Next Level Leadership Network National Consultant.

    Cheryl joined the North American Mission Board in August 1997 as temporary staff and became full-time staff in May 1998. She worked in Associational Strategy until January 2005. At that time, she moved to the Human Resources Team and began working in Leadership Greenhouse. In 2007, Leadership Greenhouse and Next Level Leadership merged and she became a National Consultant.

    Cheryl coordinates the training for the NAMB staff and national missionaries, as well as the Developing and Managing People training for the field missionaries.

    Cheryl is a Georgia native where she now resides with her husband Walt. She has one daughter, Wendy, and four beautiful granddaughters (just ask her and you will hear all about them!)

    DEBORAH Mccutchen

    Deborah is the Next level Leadership Network Ministry Assistant.

    Deborah joined the North American Mission Board in March 2001. She worked in the Church Planting Group until February 2011 when she joined the Next Level Leadership Team.

    Deborah fulfills workshop material requests, meeting and travel logistics and processing of billing for Next Level Leadership.

    Deborah is a native Texan, and is married to her high school sweetheart, Michael.  She has two children, Tricia and Lucas.
